If your child has been refused a place in your preferred school(s), you have the right to appeal against this decision.

Appeal timetable for admissions to primary school for the 2025/2026 academic year:

Primary Reception intake (normal round of admissions) - member schools in Dudley

Deadline for lodging appeals - 3rd June 2025
Appeals lodged by the above date will be heard between -May and July 2025
Appeals received after the deadline may not be heard until - Mid-September 2025 onwards
